REPLAY REJUVENATION®

The Rejuvenation process restores the drainage and performance of sand-filled & sand-dressed surfaces by means of a non-abrasive and no-aggressive removal and replacement of the infill within the surface.

The process typically extends the life of a surface by 3 to 5 years.

Description

Our Rejuvenation process includes the following:

Removal of surface debris, leaves & litter

Decompaction of the carpet allowing for –

Extraction of contaminated infill using compressed air via our unique Beaver* machine (*small and large machines available depending on gates size, access etc.)

Straightens and cleans the carpet fibres untangling and restoring them to vertical

Repairs identified and re-glued where necessary (up to 25m included free of charge

Refills the surface with new and clean specialist sports grade infill to original specification

Restores the surface to an ‘as new’ condition for appearance, drainage and performance.
