Small items are usually delivered in 7-10 working days.
Large items such as goalposts are normally delivered within 4-5 weeks.
Goals and goal sets will come in several packages, to be assembled by yourselves after they’ve been delivered.
We deliver most goals and goal packages using a dedicated transport fleet. We will contact you 2-3 days before delivery and the driver will call prior to delivery to ensure there is somebody there who can receive the delivery.
We offer a next day delivery service on some items; please contact the sales team when you order.
All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. Please be aware that Replay Maintenance cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of the lost goods.
Carriage will be charged at cost on every order. If you have a large or bulky order, please give our sales team a call on 01636 640506 to arrange the delivery and carriage.
The carriage for certain products and international deliveries will need to be quoted for by our sales team. You can place your order online but will then be required to contact us to determine the shipping charge.
Shipping charges apply to most mainland UK addresses. Delivery to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man may incur an additional charge dependent on the products ordered. If an extra charge is necessary, you will be contacted to confirm this.
Some products may have direct charges incurred from our suppliers applied.
Non-delivery or damaged goods
Please contact us within three working days if you find that there are missing or damaged items.
We must be informed of non-delivery within 10 days from the invoice date.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund at the price paid.
Original delivery and any return costs will still be payable by the customer.
Refunds will be made in the same manner of the original payment up to 5 working days after receipt of the return.
Replay Maintenance Ltd must approve all returns before their return or your request for us to arrange the collection.
If an error has been made by Replay Maintenance Ltd, the cost of returning the goods is waived, if you returned them to us.
Any goods returned as defective or damaged will be checked by ourselves and if there is no fault, we reserve the right to recover our fees and expenses.
