REPLAY REPLENISH® – Infill Top Up

Overtime both the performance and stabilising infill within a synthetic sports surface may need to be topped up to ensure the playing characteristics, durability and longevity are maintained.

This may be in isolated, high wear areas or in some instances across the entirety of the surface.

Replay Maintenance are able to measure the infill levels within a surface as part of our routine inspection and can advise when a top-up may be necessary.

Description

 REPLAY REPLENISH

Over time the infill in the surface gets displaced or lost due to activity, weather and it getting stuck to players shoes.

The procedure to fix this is –

Lift the free carpet pile ready to accept the new infill

Supply  new & approved specialist SBR or silica sand delivered in sealed bags

Load into specialist granulate spreader utilising telehandler machinery

Apply  a uniform spray of infill across the surface.

Brush the infill into the turf to provide a level and even spread
