Our Rejuvenation process includes the following:

Removal of surface debris, leaves & litter
Decompaction of the carpet allowing for…
Extraction of contaminated infill using compressed air via our unique Beaver* machine (*small and large machines available depending on gates size, access etc.)
Straightens and cleans the carpet fibres untangling and restoring them to vertical
Repairs identified and re-glued where necessary (up to 25m included free of charge)
Refills the surface with new and clean specialist sports grade infill to original specification
Restores the surface to an ‘as new’ condition for appearance, drainage and performance.
Extends life Typically Replay Rejuvenation® can extend the life of the surface by 3-5 years.
