REPLAY Free Site Visit

Description

At  a Free Site Visit all information is recorded and logged.  This is to to set an initial datum point for the surface, and includes the three important areas that can help determine its quality and life expectancy:

• Surface Construction
• Surface Infill & Carpet Fibres
• Surface Debris & Contamination

We also include a visual check of the ancillary items such as the fence, goal posts, access etc. We document all of this on our free, easy to follow Facility Survey Report (FSR) – stored online in the password protected ‘Passport365 portal’ for Clients to view.

From the information received from the free site visit, we can specifically tailor our advice and recommendations taking into account the in-house maintenance regime and Client budgets and needs.

We can carry out the Facility survey report on an annual basis if the facility wishes to carry out the recommended works.

Doing this allows comparison of the pitch’s performance properties against the initial datum point and forms the basis of ongoing maintenance.
